Our Commitment To You
Based on our 30+ years of experience in the building and construction industry, we identified a unique opportunity to bring control back to the consumer in the flooring industry. Because of this, we continue to strive to provide you with our 3 guarantees:
#1. Second To None Selection
As compared to a traditional big “box” store who actually has to narrow your choices simply based on space in their showrooms, we are able to bring you the full breadth of what a supplier has to offer in their series or collections. In fact, some of our supplier’s collections are not available anywhere else online, except for exclusively here on the Direct Design Floor website. You are able to access unique products at your fingertips – from anywhere, any time. Not only that, we believe integrity, value and quality of the products we offer.
Our promise to you is the products you find on our website are high-end quality as compared to what you may find in some stores because we don’t have to carry the overhead they do (see more below in the “Pricing” section).
Also, if you don’t see what you’re looking for, that doesn’t mean we don’t have access to it. Because of our experience and access to high quality products, we aren’t able to bring all of them online to the website – this doesn’t mean we can’t get it for you. If you are looking for something specific but don’t see it on the website, give us a call – we will do our best to get you want you are looking for! #2. Best Wholesale Pricing
Because of the Direct Design Floor Business Model, we are able to remove the “middle-man” and their margins on the product (to store, employ and run large corporate structures) and pass that savings on directly to you. This means you get to reap the rewards of reduced cost for the same or higher end products, as compared to what you would see in a store.
We guarantee you incredible savings on high quality products – in some cases more than 33% savings directly to you, every day.
#3. Only Eco Friendly Finds
Whether you’re a DIYer, “flipping” a home or a designer looking out for your clients, we take our impact on the construction community seriously by making responsible choices in who we partner with – companies on our vendor list must be California Air Resources Board (CARB) Compliant. The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA.org) acknowledges while formaldehyde is naturally present in wood, it can also used in the manufacturing and adhesives used during production of engineered products – consumers should be made aware and purchase low emitting formaldehyde products in their home &/or office. Look for labels such as ULEF (ultra-low emitting formaldehyde), NAF (no added formaldehyde), and CARB (California Air Resources Board) Phase 1 or 2.
Although this is a California law, we have chosen to only work with manufacturers and vendors (regardless of location) who comply with these standards. If we don’t look after our planet and each other, who will?
